These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website fcepro.com and the electrical services provided by First Choice Electric LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

First Choice Electric LLC provides residential and commercial electrical services in the Greater St. Louis metropolitan area, including St. Charles County, St. Louis County, Warren County, and Lincoln County, Missouri.

Our services include, but are not limited to: electrical panel upgrades, EV charger installation, lighting installation, generator installation, troubleshooting, whole-home rewiring, and commercial electrical services.

Estimates and Pricing

Free Estimates

We provide free estimates for electrical work. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided unless otherwise specified.

Flat-Rate Pricing

We offer flat-rate pricing on most services. The price quoted is the price you pay—no surprise charges for time or materials once work begins, unless additional issues are discovered that require separate authorization.

Additional Work

If additional work is needed beyond the original scope, we will provide a separate estimate and obtain your approval before proceeding.

Warranty

Lifetime Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our work with a lifetime warranty on workmanship. If any electrical work we perform fails due to our installation, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Manufacturer Warranties

Products and equipment are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. We will assist you with warranty claims when applicable.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, acts of nature, power surges from the utility company, or modifications made by others after our installation.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

For larger projects, we may require a deposit before work begins and progress payments during the project. Payment schedules will be outlined in your service agreement.

Financing

We offer financing options through Wisetack for qualified customers. Financing is subject to credit approval and the terms and conditions of the financing provider. See our Financing page for details.

Scheduling and Cancellation

We strive to arrive within the scheduled appointment window. If we're running late, we will contact you as soon as possible.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a service call fee for future appointments.

Customer Responsibilities

As our customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your electrical system and service needs
• Ensure safe access to work areas
• Secure pets during service visits
• Obtain necessary permits when required (we can assist with this)
• Be present or have an authorized adult present during service

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, First Choice Electric LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about our services, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly shall be subject to the laws of the State of Missouri and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in St. Charles County, Missouri.

Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with website functionality
• Scrape or collect data without permission

Intellectual Property
