Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website fcepro.com and the electrical services provided by First Choice Electric LLC("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

First Choice Electric LLC provides residential and commercial electrical services in the Greater St. Louis metropolitan area, including St. Charles County, St. Louis County, Warren County, and Lincoln County, Missouri.

Our services include, but are not limited to: electrical panel upgrades, EV charger installation, lighting installation, generator installation, troubleshooting, whole-home rewiring, and commercial electrical services.

First Choice Electric LLC is a fully licensed and insured electrical contractor:

Service Engagements

All electrical service engagements — estimates, deposits, payment, cancellations, our lifetime workmanship warranty, and commercial/contractor terms — are governed by our Service Terms & Conditions, the same terms linked from every estimate and invoice.

Highlights: estimates valid 15 days · minimum 35% deposit on projects over $1,000 · free cancellation with 24+ hours' notice (rescheduling is always free) · lifetime workmanship warranty, with parts covered by their manufacturers' warranties.

Financing

We offer financing options through Wisetack for qualified customers. Financing is subject to credit approval and the terms and conditions of the financing provider. See our Financing page for details.

Scheduling and Cancellation

We strive to arrive within the scheduled appointment window. If we're running late, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge — rescheduling is always free. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice carry an $89 fee, and a cancellation after a reschedule carries the fee regardless of notice. Full details in our Service Terms & Conditions.

Customer Responsibilities

As our customer, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about your electrical system and service needs
Ensure safe access to work areas
Secure pets during service visits
Obtain necessary permits when required (we can assist with this)
Be present or have an authorized adult present during service

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, First Choice Electric LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about our services, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly shall be subject to the laws of the State of Missouri and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in St. Charles County, Missouri.

Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Transmit malicious code or interfere with website functionality
Scrape or collect data without permission
