SC2 Contractingbuilds it. We wire it.
SC2 Contracting is a third-generation carpentry and remodeling company based in Cottleville, a few doors from our office. Sean designs in-house, builds with his own crew, pulls the permits, and brings us in for the electrical. Kitchens, bathrooms, basements, decks, staircases, additions and new builds across St. Charles County and West County.
What SC2 builds, and what we wire on each

How a joint job runs
- 1
Walkthrough
Sean measures and listens. If the job touches wiring, we walk it with him or he sends us the plan.
- 2
One quote
SC2's line-item quote carries our electrical as its own lines. No second contractor to chase.
- 3
Permits
SC2 pulls the building permit; we pull the electrical permit under our licence. Each inspection is ours to pass.
- 4
Build
Rough-in after framing, trim-out after drywall and paint. Sean sets the dates; we keep them.
Call Sean first when
- The room is changing: walls moving, a kitchen or bath being redone, a basement being finished.
- Something is being built: a deck, an addition, a staircase, a new home.
- You want one quote and one person to call for the whole project.
Call us first when
- The job is electrical on its own: a panel, an EV charger, lighting, a generator, troubleshooting.
- Something is unsafe right now.
- You are not sure yet whether the project needs a builder. We will tell you, and bring Sean in if it does.
