Home Heartbeat Initiative
Our signature community program provides free electrical panel upgrades for qualifying homeowners in St. Charles, Warren, and Lincoln Counties who can't afford critical electrical safety improvements.
- Complete panel replacement at no cost
- Utility coordination and permits included
- Professional installation by licensed electricians
- One family selected annually post-Thanksgiving
