What We Provide
Why It Matters
Our Process
1. Security Assessment
We walk your facility to understand vulnerabilities and protection priorities. Where are entry points, loading docks, and high-value areas? What's the traffic flow for employees vs. visitors? We review any existing security infrastructure and identify integration opportunities.
2. Coverage Design
Based on the assessment, we create a security plan showing camera positions with field-of-view diagrams, access control points with reader locations, and wiring pathways. You'll see exactly what coverage you're getting before we install anything.
3. Coordination with Integrators
If you're working with a security integrator or alarm company, we coordinate on equipment specifications, wiring requirements, and installation sequence. We ensure all infrastructure meets their system requirements for a smooth handoff.
4. Power & Data Infrastructure
We run all required cabling—Cat6 for IP cameras and card readers, low-voltage for door contacts, power for electric strikes and maglocks. For PoE cameras, we ensure sufficient power budget on network switches. All wiring is concealed and professionally installed.
5. Door Hardware Installation
We install electric strikes, magnetic locks, request-to-exit devices, and door position switches. For ADA compliance, we install automatic door operators where required. All door hardware is properly integrated with the access control system.
6. Camera & Reader Mounting
We mount cameras at optimal positions for coverage—accounting for lighting conditions, glare, and field of view. Card readers are positioned at appropriate heights with proper weather protection for exterior locations. All equipment is securely fastened and aesthetically installed.
7. System Integration
We connect all devices to the head-end equipment—NVRs, access control panels, and alarm systems. We work with your integrator or IT team to ensure proper network configuration, including VLAN assignment and bandwidth allocation for camera streams.
8. Testing & Staff Training
Every camera view is verified, every door is tested for proper lock/unlock operation, and all sensors are confirmed working. We train your staff on basic operation—granting access, reviewing footage, and responding to alerts. You receive documentation of all installed equipment and wiring.
