1. Bid & Plan Review

2. Scope Meeting
We meet with you and your general contractor to walk the space, clarify requirements, and coordinate with other trades. This is where we catch potential conflicts—HVAC penetrations, plumbing runs, or structural elements that affect our routing.
3. Permit Application
We pull all required electrical permits from your municipality. For St. Louis and St. Charles County commercial work, this includes submitting load calculations and one-line diagrams to the building department for approval.
4. Material Procurement
We order all materials—panels, conduit, wire, devices, and fixtures—based on the approved plan. Long-lead items like custom panels or specialty fixtures are identified early to prevent schedule delays.
5. Rough-In Installation
Our crew installs conduit, wire, and boxes according to the electrical drawings. We coordinate daily with other trades to maintain schedule. All rough-in work is photographed and documented before walls close.
6. Rough-In Inspection
We schedule the required rough-in inspection with the building department. The inspector verifies proper box placement, wire sizing, conduit fill, and code compliance before drywall installation can proceed.
7. Trim & Finish
After walls are finished, we return to install switches, receptacles, light fixtures, and panel covers. We test all circuits, verify proper operation, and ensure everything matches the specifications.
8. Final Inspection & Turnover
We schedule the final electrical inspection. After passing, we provide as-built drawings, panel schedules, and warranty information. We walk the space with you to demonstrate all systems and address any questions.

“Oh if all service companies could be as responsive, professional and skilled as this company. A ceiling light fixture wouldn't work. I called their office on a Tuesday asking for an electrician to come out & fix the ceiling socket. I was called back the same day and given the choice of someone coming out the next day (Wed) or the day after. The day after was better for our schedule and in early afternoon that Sam came out, inspected the light socket which was fine then determined we had a funky light switch. He replaced it and problem solved. And then there was light!! I love the company's same-day callback, the skill of the electrician and his friendliness.
