All employees are required to go through in-house education ranging from electrical theory, motor controls, on-the-job training, and in-house workshops, National Electric Code (NEC), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), and a minimum of 10 hours OSHA for assistants and journeypersons, and 30 hours OSHA for all operations managers and company admins. Along with all the safety programs we deploy in our workforce to maintain and ensure workplace safety that prevents injury and illness, we’re also very in tune with our local & regulatory standards that help our projects run seamlessly.
